In Banda, Uttar Pradesh, a man killed his sister’s lover. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot, took the body in their custody and sent it for postmortem. After this, on the complaint of the family, an FIR was registered in the case and the accused was arrested. The police say that the accused will be punished as soon as possible through a fast track court.
The case is of Pachanehi village of Dehat Kotwali. Indal Singh, a resident of this village, was having an affair with a girl for many years. The girl’s brother Umashankar Singh was also aware of this. This caused a lot of disgrace in the village and among the relatives. Due to this, the accused Umashankar Singh was constantly thinking of taking revenge from Indal Singh. On Tuesday, as soon as he got a chance, he killed Indal Singh by beating him with a stick.
After this Umashankar fled from the spot. After the incident, senior police officers reached the spot and got the post-mortem done and registered a case. The police have arrested the accused along with the stick used in the murder. Further legal action has been initiated in the case. Let us tell you that the deceased Indal Singh and the accused had a family uncle-nephew relationship.
SP Ankur Aggarwal said that information was received that Indal Singh has been murdered in Pachanehi village of Dehat Kotwali. Immediately the police team reached the spot and took the body in custody and got it post-mortem done. A case has been registered on the complaint of the family. The accused is being arrested and presented in the court. In this case, efforts will be made to get punishment as soon as possible in the fast track court.
