‘Shri Ram’s character is an eternal inspiration for the youth’, said Prem Bhushan Maharaj on Tulsi Jayanti

A 10-day Ram Katha has been organized in Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City from Sunday. On the first day of the Katha, narrator Prem Bhushan Maharaj said, ‘Lord Ram is a symbol of the victory of good over evil. Shri Ram’s journey is a metaphor for the human journey of truth, justice and righteousness. Society should follow every ideal and conduct of the Lord. He said that Shri Ram’s character is an eternal inspiration for the youth.

In fact, the first Tulsi Jayanti after the consecration of the idol of Ramlala in Ayodhya is being celebrated with great pomp in the entire state. On this occasion, a 10-day spiritual discourse and Ram Katha is being organized in Dayalbagh, Lucknow. The narrator of this Ram Katha, Prem Bhushan Maharaj, said that to bring positive change in the society, it is necessary to sow the seeds of our culture and spirituality.

Ram Katha begins with chanting of holy mantras

On the first day, narrator Prem Bhushan Maharaj started the Ram Katha by chanting holy mantras. Prem Bhushan Maharaj began narrating the epic tale of Lord Rama, starting with the birth of Prince Rama in Ayodhya. He elaborated on the significance of Rama’s birth and how it symbolizes the victory of good over evil.

The audience was enthralled with Maharaj’s storytelling, which included devotional songs and philosophical insights. Prem Bhushan Ji Maharaj emphasised the importance of devotion, faith and selfless service, citing examples from the life of Lord Rama. He explained how Rama’s journey is a metaphor for the human quest for truth, justice and righteousness.

Transport Minister Dayashankar Singh was present on the occasion of inauguration

State Transport Minister Dayashankar Singh was present at the inauguration of Ram Katha. The 10-day Ram Katha, which will run till August 18, is being organised at Dayal Bagh in Sushant Golf City. Chief organiser of Ram Katha Rajesh Singh Dayal urged the people of Lucknow to participate in large numbers and seek blessings of Lord Ram.
