Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi case: Hearing in Allahabad HC today on the petition demanding survey

An important hearing is to be held today in the Allahabad High Court in the Mathura Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Idgah dispute case. Hearing
The hearing will be held in the single bench of Justice Mayank Kumar Jain from 2 pm.

In fact, today’s hearing will be on the petition demanding an Amin survey (a type of land survey) of the Shahi Idgah complex. Today, a hearing will also be held on the petition filed on the allegations that the idol of Lord Keshav Dev located in Krishna Janmabhoomi was dismantled and installed in the Jama Masjid of Agra.

Apart from these two petitions, a petition demanding the return of the two and a half acres of land given to the Shahi Idgah Committee under the alleged agreement to the temple trust is also to be heard today. Let us tell you that a total of 18 cases filed by the Hindu side are being heard simultaneously in the High Court.

What is Amin survey?

The petition demanding Amin survey, which is to be heard in the court today, is actually a special method of land survey. In this, many types of investigations are done, such as finding out about the nature of the land, finding out about the surface of the land and measuring the boundary line of the land correctly.

Why is Amin’s help taken?

Amin survey requires expertise in distance determination and planning. Amin’s help is taken by the government to measure land. Apart from this, people also call Amin to measure land privately.
