Shocking revelation on Gomti scandal accused Pawan, several cases were filed in SP government too

Before the Gomti Nagar incident, cases were registered against him in the Akhilesh Yadav government as well. The police came to know about this during the investigation. Not only this, a DW warrant was also issued against Pawan Yadav. The police found in the investigation against Pawan Yadav that in 2016, during the Samajwadi Party government, Gomti Nagar police caught Pawan with illegal weapons and a case was registered against Pawan under the Arms Act.

In which he also went to jail. Not only this, apart from this, five cases are already registered against Pawan in Gomti Nagar and Vibhuti Khand. A case of assault and rioting was registered against him in Gomti Nagar in January 2017.

In this case, Police DCP East Zone Shashank Singh says that Pawan was at the crime scene and is also in the CCTV footage. His arrest was made on the basis of evidence. A charge sheet has been filed against Pawan in the case. Pawan was not attending the court dates in the case of assault and stone pelting registered in Gomti Nagar in 2017, so the Special Judge State had also issued a DW warrant against him.
