British police have arrested a 24-year-old man after two suitcases containing the remains of two men were discovered on the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge in Bristol, UK. The bridge, designed by renowned engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel, is a popular tourist attraction spanning the Avon Gorge.
