A shocking incident has come to light from Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh. Here a student committed suicide due to her short height. It is said that due to her short height, she was not getting a job in the army and police. Due to which she also became a victim of depression. The whole incident is from Harkishanpur of Rehad police station area.

Police said that 21-year-old Anshika committed suicide by hanging herself in the room. When this incident happened, Anshika’s family members had gone out for some work. The news of Anshika’s suicide came to the notice of the neighbors when the electricity meter employee came to the house. After which the neighbors informed the parents on the phone. On receiving the information, the family members rushed to the house and when they saw Anshika hanging from the noose, there was mourning.

The girl was in depression due to not getting selected
Police said that as soon as the information about the incident was received, the local police reached the spot and sent the body of the girl for postmortem. After this, the police also talked to the girl’s father. The girl’s father told the police that his daughter’s height was 4 feet 8 inches. She had made many attempts to join the police and army but was not getting selected due to her short height.
Due to which she was in depression for many days and she hanged herself in depression. Anshika was currently a BSc student. Family members say that Anshika was very good in studies.
