Mandsaur police of Madhya Pradesh has exposed a sextortion gang. Police has arrested a woman and two youths of the gang. Through the women, the criminals used to trap people in their net, and then extort lakhs of rupees. The most special thing about this case is that the accused woman, along with her son and son-in-law, used to run this sextortion racket through two other women. This gang has extorted lakhs of rupees from many people so far.
Afzalpur police station has arrested three people in this case. The remaining three are absconding. When the gang tried to make a doctor a victim of sextortion, the doctor complained about the matter to the police station.
The accused woman Rami Bai came to Dr. Mangal Singh Devda in village Sehore of Afzalpur police station area on the pretext of her treatment for stomach ache. After this, she started demanding Rs 5 lakh from him to trap him in a false rape case. TI Samarth Sinam of Afzalpur police station reached the spot with the team and arrested two miscreants including the woman red handed.
After strict interrogation by the police, the big revelation in this case was that the woman Rami Bai, along with her son Kamlesh Malviya and son-in-law Chauth Ram Chauhan, had trapped many people in Ratlam district in a similar way and extorted more than 50 lakh rupees.
Mandsaur SP Abhishek Anand said that a case has been registered against all the six accused in the case and investigation has been started. At the same time, the police has formed two teams in this case and has started raiding different places to arrest the remaining three accused.
