Shahrukh said to the international audience ‘Google me’, now Google replied like this

Indian superstar Shah Rukh Khan recently mesmerized the international audience with his charm. Shah Rukh recently visited Locarno, Switzerland, where he was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Locarno Film Festival.

Shahrukh is the first Indian celebrity to be honoured with the Locarno Film Festival’s Lifetime Achievement Award ‘Pardo alla Carriera’ or ‘Career Leopard’. Shahrukh, who attended the event, also interacted with fans and his film ‘Devdas’ was also screened there. Shahrukh had mentioned the search engine Google in a long question-answer session with fans at the film festival. Now Google has reacted to Shahrukh’s statement.

Before introducing Shah Rukh Khan, who was giving an interview at an event of Locarno Film Festival, the host said, ‘For those who don’t know him, there are no such people in this room, but this interview is being broadcasted, so…’. Shah Rukh interrupted the host and said, ‘Those who don’t know me should go out… Google me and then come back.’ The audience and the host present there laughed a lot after hearing this.

Now Google has reacted to Shahrukh’s statement. On the social media platform X, Google shared a post from its official handle in which the quote ‘Google me’ was written along with Shahrukh’s picture. While sharing this post, Google tagged Shahrukh and put three crown emojis before his name, which is the symbol of ‘King’.

However, later Shah Rukh also gave an intro for the audience watching his interview across the world and in that too his trademark humorous style was seen.

Before answering the questions of the public, Shah Rukh said, ‘I am Shah Rukh Khan. I am 58 years old. I work in Indian films. Most of the films I have done are in Hindi. And I have been in the film industry for the last 32-33 years. I have done a little television, I have done a lot of cinema. There are about 68 full length films in my filmography and I have given guest appearances in some 20-30. Guest appearance in Hindi films means that you work for free!’

Talking about Shahrukh’s work front, he gave three big hits back to back last year – Pathan, Jawan and Donkey. In Locarno itself, Shahrukh confirmed that he will now be seen in the film ‘King’ with his daughter, Suhana Khan.
