Prabhat Jha passes away, Senior Madhya Pradesh BJP leader Prabhat Jha died in Delhi on Friday morning. Prabhat Jha was 67 years old. He was ill for a long time and was undergoing treatment at Medanta Hospital in Delhi for the last one month. Jha had been the state president and national vice-president of BJP.

After brain fever, his health deteriorated further after which he was admitted to Bansal Hospital in Bhopal. When his condition did not improve, two days later on June 29, Prabhat Jha was airlifted and shifted to Medanta Hospital in Delhi and he was undergoing treatment there. He died on Friday morning. Prabhat Jha was also the Madhya Pradesh BJP president.
