‘Saints and Yogis are not slaves of power…’, said UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Chandauli

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath made a big statement while addressing a public meeting during a program organized in Chandauli on Sunday. Chief Minister Yogi said that no saint or Yogi can be a slave of power. CM Yogi said that the country became a slave because foreign invaders succeeded in dividing the society. A saint unites the entire society and makes them follow in his footsteps.

He attended the program organized on the 425th birth anniversary of Saint Kinaram of Chandauli. During this, he garlanded the statue of Baba Kinaram and then addressed the people present there. CM Yogi said that Kinaram devoted his entire life to serving the Dalits, the weak and the incurable patients. Only such a saint can show the right direction to the country and society.

Analysis of the works of Saint Kinaram

Referring to Saint Kinaram, CM Yogi said, ‘It often happens that when someone gets a siddhi or anything, he does not see anything in its pride. Baba (Kinaram) used his goal for the welfare of the nation and the public. Why did the country become a slave? Why did the foreign invaders succeed? On one hand, he worked to unite the society, Dalits, tribals, forest dwellers… without any discrimination. This was possible only through a Yogi.’

CM Yogi said, ‘Saint Kinaram was born in a high-class family but he said that the feeling of untouchability and discrimination must be abandoned. Only then will this country be safe. He started accepting people from Dalit, tribal and forest-dwellers communities as his disciples in large numbers.’

A saint is not a slave of power- CM

CM Yogi said, ‘On the other hand, he also taught a lesson to the Mughal invaders and drove them away by scolding Shah Jahan, who was waiting to see a miracle. He rebuked the foreign invaders who were the foreign rulers at that time. These things show that a saint and a yogi is not a slave of power, but he forces them to follow his footsteps. This is the same work that Pujya Baba Aghoracharya Keenaram Maharaj, born in this Ramgarh village 425 years ago, presented in front of all of us through his divine sadhana.’
