The security of RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has been increased. Mohan Bhagwat already has Z plus category security. According to the information, Mohan Bhagwat’s security has now been increased from Z plus to Advance Security Liaison (ASL). Let us tell you that Mohan Bhagwat’s security is done by CISF jawans.
IB had alerted
According to the report, Mohan Bhagwat’s security has been increased after the threat alert from the IB. Now with the new security, the CISF team will already be present at the place where Mohan Bhagwat has to go. Currently, 58 commandos are deployed clockwise for his security.
How security is decided
Security category and security personnel This security is provided to the VVIPs and people of other areas of the country by the Intelligence Bureau in view of the security threats. There are 4 types of security categories in India which include X, Y, Z and Z Plus security categories and Z Plus category is the biggest security category in this. Crores of rupees are spent every year on the security of these people. In India, this security is provided to VVIPs, VIPs, politicians, high-profile personalities and great players by the National Security Guards (NSG), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) apart from the police and local government. NSG is used the most for the security of VVIPs and VIPs.
1. X level security system
Only 2 security personnel (not including commandos) are included in the X level security system. This is the basic protection provided. It also includes a PSO (Personal Security Officer).
2. Y level security system
Y level security system includes those VIPs of the country who are provided with 11 security personnel. This includes 1 or 2 commandos and 2 PSOs.

3. Z category security
Z category level security includes 22 security personnel which also includes 4 or 5 commanders of National Security Guard (NSG). Additional security is provided by Delhi Police or CRPF. An escort car is also included in the security. Commandos are equipped with sub machine guns and modern means of communication. Apart from this, they are trained in martial arts. They also have experience of fighting without weapons.
4. Z+ level security system
In Z+ category security, not one or two but 36 security personnel are deployed in which 10 NSG commandos are also there. This security system is also called the second SPG category. These commandos are equipped with ultra-modern weapons. They have the latest gadgets and equipment. The responsibility of the first circle of security is of NSG, after this there are SPG officers at the second level. Also, ITBP and CRPF jawans are deployed for their security.
Special Protection Group for Prime Minister Apart from the 4-tier security, Special Protection Group (SPG) is a special security system under which this security is provided to the current and former Prime Ministers of the country as well as their close relatives. After the assassination of the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, SPG was established to provide security to the top leaders of the country and their families.
