RPSC RAS Exam 2024 Date Announced: Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the dates of Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) Preliminary Examination-2024 along with two other important examinations. This is a golden opportunity for the youth of Rajasthan to get a government job. Rajasthan Public Service Commission had released the advertisement for Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Recruitment-2024 on 2 September. Under this recruitment, hundreds of vacant posts will be filled in the state.
Under RPSC Recruitment 2024, recruitment will be done for a total of 733 posts, 346 for state services and 387 for subordinate services. Apart from this, recruitment will also be done for 8 posts of Assistant Fisheries Development Officer and 68 posts of Group Instructor / Surveyor / Assistant Apprenticeship, Consultant Grade-II. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply online by visiting the official website of RPSC.
RPSC RAS Exam Dates 2025: RAS exam will be held on 2 February
According to the Commission Secretary, Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination-2024 will be held on February 2, 2025. Apart from this, Assistant Fisheries Development Officer Competitive Examination will be held on October 26, 2025 and Group Instructor/Surveyor/Assistant Apprenticeship Advisor Grade-II Competitive Examination will be held on November 9, 2025. The detailed schedule of these examinations will be released by the Commission on the website soon.

Application process for RAS recruitment begins
Online applications for the posts of State Services can be made from 19 September 2024 to 18 October 2024, for the posts of Assistant Fisheries Development Officer from 11 September to 10 October 2024 and for the posts of Group Instructor / Surveyor / Assistant Apprenticeship, Advisor Grade-II from 17 September to 16 October 2024.
Educational Qualification & Age Limit
Candidates who have obtained a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute can apply. Provided their age should not be less than 21 years and not more than 40 years. Details regarding educational qualification, category wise classification, application process and other information are available on the commission’s website.
This is the application fee
General category candidates will have to pay Rs 600 and reserved category candidates will have to pay Rs 400 as application fee. To get detailed information in this regard and to see the fee according to category, you will have to visit the official website. The Commission Secretary said that offline applications will not be accepted. Important information related to the exam date and place will be given through the website at the appropriate time.
