In 2023, he was re-elected unopposed as the President of the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA). He first became the President of DDCA in 2020. Rohan Jaitley is the son of veteran Bharatiya Janata Party leader Arun Jaitley. Rohan has a law degree from India and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Cornell University.

Jaitley is a practicing lawyer who argues cases in the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. In March 2024, Rohan was appointed as the Central Government’s standing counsel in the Delhi High Court.
