According to the information, this matter was related to indecent behavior with CM Nitish Kumar in the House during the debate on the Governor’s address during the budget session on February 13. In which an inquiry committee was formed on the demand of Bhishma Sahni. Its inquiry committee found the allegations true after examining the video. The committee has said in the report that Sunil Kumar Singh has lost the eligibility to remain a member of the House due to his unparliamentary conduct and indecent behavior in the House. In such a situation, the committee recommends unanimously/majority under clause 10 (d) of Rule 290 of the Procedure and Conduct of Business Rules of Bihar Legislative Council. Let us tell you, after the termination of Sunil Singh’s membership, his name has been added as the second member of RJD to lose membership in the Legislative Council within a year. Earlier, Rambali Singh’s membership was terminated on the recommendation of RJD.
