- Management Trainee (Human Resources): Graduation in any discipline + PG in HR/Personnel/Social Work/related field
- Management Trainee (Administration): Graduation in any discipline + MBA
- Management Trainee (Corporate Communications): Graduation in any discipline + PG in Media Studies/PR/Mass Communication/Journalism
Age Limit:
- The minimum age limit is 21 years.
- The maximum age limit is 27 years, except for the Management Trainee (CC Lab) position, which has a maximum age limit of 32 years.
- Candidates belonging to the OBC category will get a 3-year age relaxation, while those from the SC/ST categories will get a 5-year age relaxation.
