A new update has emerged in the incident that happened on Saturday at Rao IAS Coaching Center in Old Rajendra Nagar, National Capital Delhi. According to the information, now Delhi Police will question the MCD officials in this matter. The officer who is responsible for repairing the drainage system in the area will now be questioned. Apart from this, a notice will also be issued to MCD by Delhi Police and information will be sought.
Let us tell you that in the FIR of the Old Rajendra Nagar accident case, those who look after the drainage system have also been made accused.

An accident occurred on Saturday evening in the basement of Rau’s IAS coaching centre in Old Rajendra Nagar, Delhi, due to waterlogging after rain. During this, three students studying in the coaching centre died. In this case, the police have registered an FIR and formed several teams to investigate the accident. The police have arrested the owner of the coaching centre, Abhishek Gupta, and the co-ordinator.
After all, how did the basement of the coaching centre get filled with water?
The question that arises in this case is how so much water filled the coaching centre that the students almost drowned. Eyewitnesses have told some shocking things about this. According to the eyewitness student, about 30-35 students were present in the library built in the basement. As soon as we came out after the library was closed at 7 pm, water was coming from the front with very high pressure. By the time we vacated the library, the water had filled up to our knees.
In just 2 to 3 minutes, the water got filled up to the roof
The flow was so fast that we were unable to climb the stairs. Within 2-3 minutes, the entire basement was filled with 10-12 feet of water. Ropes were thrown to get out from there, but the water was so dirty that nothing was visible. Children were being taken out one by one from there. The student said that there were 2 more girls behind me. Who could not get out.

There was a lot of pressure coming from the gate, we tried to get out, but due to the high pressure we could not even climb the stairs. The water was filling up so fast that in 2 to 3 minutes the entire basement was filled up to the ceiling. The height of the basement ceiling is up to 12 feet and in a blink of an eye the water filled up like a flash flood. Ropes were thrown to save us, but we were not able to see the ropes in the dirty water.
