In a statement issued by Delhi AIIMS, it has been said that Defense Minister Rajnath Singh was admitted to the old private ward this morning after complaining of back pain. His condition is stable and he has been kept under observation.

Rajnath Singh was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi on Thursday due to back pain. Hospital officials gave this information. Dr. Reema Dada, in-charge of AIIMS media cell, said that his condition is stable and he has been kept under observation.

He said that he is being examined. Rajnath Singh was admitted in the early hours and he is in the old private ward. Let us tell you, 10th July was the birthday of Defence Minister Rajnath. The very next day of his birthday, his health deteriorated and he complained of back pain.

Know about Defense Minister Rajnath Singh

According to the Bharatiya Janata Party website, Rajnath Singh was born on 10 July 1951 in Babhora village, Tehsil Chakia, District Varanasi (now located in District Chandauli) in Uttar Pradesh to Rambadan Singh and Gujarati Devi. He completed his early education from his village and further studied and obtained a postgraduate degree in MSc Physics from Gorakhpur University. He took charge as a Physics lecturer in the Post Graduate College of Mirzapur district.

Rajnath Singh has held the post of President of Bharatiya Janata Party twice. Rajnath Singh has been the BJP President from 2005 to 2009 and from 2013 to 2014. He has also been the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. Before this, he also held the post of Transport Minister in Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s government. He was the Home Minister of the country in Modi Government 1 and since 2019, he is the Defense Minister of India.
