Former Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) chairman Ramuram Raika had brought the Sub-Inspector Recruitment Exam paper home from the expert who set the paper. 7-8 days ago, Raika had brought the handwritten paper and given it to his daughter Shobha Raika and son Devesh Raika. Shobha topped the exam and secured the 5th rank, while son Devesh got the 37th rank.
On the arrest of Ramu Ram Raika, SOG ADG VK Singh said, when Shobha and Devesh were arrested after nothing was found, it was revealed that his father Ramuram Raika, while being a member of RPSC, had taken both the papers from the commission itself.
When SOG conducted the exam, the topper daughter Shobha got 34 out of 100 in Hindi and 24 out of 100 in general knowledge. If negative marking is given in the exam, the result is zero. The son who got 37th rank got 67 and 69 in both the papers, but due to negative marking, he is also failing in the exam.
Shobha could not even write Hindi properly
Shobha, the daughter who topped the exam by securing the fifth position, could not even tell the name of the Governor of Rajasthan and was unable to write Hindi properly. Whereas after getting selected, Ramuram Raika, on the basis of his influence, got both his children posted in the best place, Jaipur Commissionerate.
So far, SOG has arrested 38 sub-inspectors, while a dozen are on the radar. 65 people have been arrested in this case, while action may be taken against more than 60.
There is huge anger among the unemployed
On the other hand, despite such a large scale paper leak, the Rajasthan government is not cancelling the SI recruitment exam 2021. This has caused great anger among the unemployed. It is worth noting that the arrested member Ramuram Raika had said in a conference of Devasi Samaj, “We make such people pass in the interview.”

Earlier, RPSC member Babulal Katara was arrested by SOG on charges of leaking the second grade teacher exam paper.
