There is a ruckus in the politics of Uttar Pradesh regarding Nazul land. Some part of Lookarganj area in Prayagraj also comes under Nazul. Most of the houses here are built on Nazul land. In such a situation, the people of the area are very apprehensive and they are afraid of losing their houses. But in this Lookarganj area, there are 76 flats which are built on Nazul land and the people living in these flats are very happy. Because, the government itself has built these flats on Nazul land and allotted them to them.
Let us tell you that Prayagraj district This land of Lookarganj area But it was once occupied by Atiq Ahmed. This land was also government land, i.e. Nazul land. But after freeing this land from Atiq’s possession, the Yogi government built 76 flats and provided houses to the common people at cheap rates.
It is worth noting that there is a stir in UP regarding Nazul land, people whose houses are on Nazul land are very angry. Prayagraj also has many such areas/houses which come under Nazul land. This includes the area of Lookarganj. There is hardly any house here which is not coming under the purview of government land.

But the people living in 76 flats of Lookarganj are very happy. Yogi government has given these flats to these people. Lookarganj is an area where land is very expensive. If someone sells the land on which Yogi government has built flats, then the price of one flat would be around 25 to 30 lakhs. Yogi government had kept the price of these flats around five lakh rupees while giving them to the common people. The person buying the flat was given some money and a monthly installment was fixed.
People who got flats say that this land was once occupied by Atiq Ahmed and it was Nazul land. Yogi government has given us houses by building them on government land. Because it was very difficult for us to buy a house, that too in a high profile area like Lukerganj. We all thank both the CM and the PM.
