The troubles of Pooja Khedkar, who was a trainee IAS, are increasing continuously. The Delhi court has refused to grant anticipatory bail to Pooja Khedkar. The court said that the investigating agency needs to expand the scope of its investigation. In recent times, instructions have been given to investigate to find out the candidates who have not taken advantage of the disability and OBC category.
The court has directed the agency to find out whether other candidates have recently availed benefits under the disability and OBC category. The court has also asked to find out whether any insider had helped Khedkar.

Let us tell you that Pooja Khedkar, surrounded from all sides, knocked on the doors of the court and demanded anticipatory bail. Pooja said that she did not commit any fraud or cheating, but presented whatever correct documents she had before UPSC. Pooja said in her bail application that she is very young in age and is not in a position to influence the police or investigating officers in this case.
All the documents related to her case are already with the investigating agencies, so there is no question of seizing anything from her. In such a situation, she should be granted bail. However, the court did not change its stance on Pooja’s plea and decided not to grant her anticipatory bail on Thursday.
