Additional Sessions Judge Devendra Kumar Jangla said the Delhi Police should “also investigate whether anyone in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) helped Khedkar”. The judge also expanded the scope of investigation in the case and directed the Delhi Police to probe whether other candidates had availed benefits under the OBC and PWD quota without being eligible.
