Prime Minister Narendra Modi started the membership campaign at the BJP headquarters. During this, PM Modi became the first member of BJP. Along with this, he addressed the leaders and workers of the party. PM Modi said that we are determined to give new heights to the flight of aspirations of the countrymen. I feel very proud to launch the National Membership Campaign 2024. He said that work is being done with the spirit of nation first. The party has reached here by enduring a lot. We have moved forward while facing criticism.
Prime Minister Modi said that BJP is the only party which is expanding its work by strictly following the democratic processes as per the constitution of its party and is continuously making itself capable of meeting the hopes and aspirations of the common people.
He said that today another round of membership drive is starting. From Bharatiya Jana Sangh till now we have tried our best to bring a new political culture in the country. Unless the organisation or the political party through which the people of the country hand over power, that unit, that organisation and that party does not live the democratic values and internal democracy does not flourish in it, then a situation like the one we are seeing in many parties in the country today arises.
