‘Officers with SP mentality…’, UP BJP MLA expresses his pain

BJP MLA from Loni in Uttar Pradesh Nand Kishore Gurjan has expressed his displeasure over bureaucracy. He has said that the workers are not being heard, the work of the public is not being done. The officers with Samajwadi Party mentality who were in lucrative positions at that time had decided that BJP should lose at any cost. There is also a discrepancy in the voting list.

Gurjar further said, ‘There will be a big change. Everyone knows about any officer whether he is honest or dishonest. His perception is formed as soon as he arrives. If an officer does not work and the MLA is saying this, he has received complaints. People said that so much money was taken from me. Or a letter has been received and on that basis the MLA has written a letter or said something, then action should be taken against that officer. What is the big deal in this?’

There is no quarrel with anybody

Suppose there is a DGP and he gets a complaint against a constable, then what proof is needed to remove him? The DGP will immediately suspend him and send him to jail. When the protocol of an MLA is bigger than that of the Chief Secretary and DGP, then if the MLA is saying something, then he is responsible for his area. If the representative says something, he will not say it without proof. He does not have any quarrel with anyone. That thing should be believed. Action should be taken. Even if proof is asked for, then proof is an evidence in the court. In such cases, immediate arrest should be made and NSA should be imposed. If NSA is imposed on 10 to 20 officers, then whatever problems the workers have will be solved.

Mention of Meerut incident

For example, an incident happened in Meerut. The CEO made the employee sit on his feet for two hours. He said that if he apologized, he would let him go. Many such incidents happened in Ghaziabad. The people’s representatives brought these matters to the notice of the higher authorities. Then the officers were just sent to the line. This is not enough. A servant is being disrespectful to God. Salary is paid from tax only.

Won only 71 seats out of 41

Let us tell you that the wound of the results of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections has not yet healed. Ten years after 71 seats in 2014, if the number of seats in UP comes down to 33 in 2024 even after the Modi wave, then it is obviously a matter of concern for the BJP. And now just look at this commotion. There is a queue of MLAs at CM Yogi’s house. CM Yogi is continuously meeting the MLAs. These meetings are taking place zone wise. Was the foundation of these meetings laid by the statements of Deputy CM Keshav Maurya, in which he said that my doors are always open for the workers.

met and heard the trouble

Did Yogi create opposition within the party by saying that we lost this UP election due to overconfidence, but now it seems that Yogi has started taking care of the house. First of all, he is meeting the MLAs and listening to them. CM Yogi has met more than 100 MLAs and is asking the MLAs the reason for the defeat. By doing this, Yogi wants to know the Mann Ki Baat of the MLAs. For the first time in these meetings, the MLAs are openly expressing their displeasure.
