NYC doc who has over 70K Instagram followers claims boss hit on her at ‘sexy lingerie’ party: suit

A sexy Manhattan anesthesiologist whose globe-trotting adventures include jaunts to Dubai and Paris and hobnobbing at parties with the likes of the “Baywatch” star. Pamela AndersonClaims her boss insulted her as an “ingrate” and hit her, she said in the lawsuit.

Randa Jaffer, 44, who frequently posts about her jet-setting lifestyle to her more than 70,000 Instagram followers, started working for Sirin Gopa, founder of NY Spine and Sport Rehabilitation, in 2016 as a $240,000-a-year anesthesiologist and pain-management doctor.

She said she was not only underpaid and humiliated by her Bronx boss, but was propositioned, according to her Manhattan federal court gender-discrimination lawsuit.

Gopal awarded Jafar “Best Dressed” at an October 2018 “Sexy Lingerie” party, after telling her the prize was “spent the night in it. [his] apartment (which was an invitation to have sex with Dr. Gopal),” she said in court papers.

She rejected the proposal and later accused him of making “discriminatory and insulting” comments and “mockery. [her] Criticizes her for having too many male followers for her Instagram account.

He also allegedly berated Jaffer, who had a fellowship at Cornell University, telling her, “Your Ivy League education is not impressive,” “Go do something that has real meaning as a real doctor and then we can talk” and “Now you know I Until then, we can talk when you become a real doctor.

Jaffer claims the discrimination began after she complained she was not being paid properly and was facing staff and supply shortages.

Gopal tells her that she doesn’t have “what it takes” and she changes the compensation, first giving Jafar 50% of the revenue he brings to the company and reducing it to 40%, she expresses her displeasure.

“Look what I got you,” he allegedly told her, according to court papers, later adding, “Can’t think of another word but fake.”

Things got so bad that Jaffer said she was forced to quit in December 2021. She is seeking unspecified damages.

Jaffer’s Instagram posts reveal a life of luxury, complete with skintight cocktail dresses and trips to the French Riviera and Monte Carlo.

He flew to see Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on July 29 in East Hampton, according to his Instagram, and posted a photo of himself in August 2023, nearly a year earlier. Met First Lady Jill Biden in Manhattan.

Gopal claimed Jaffer only filed her suit because he brought her to court to open his own business two blocks from his Manhattan location.

“She completely deceived me,” he argued, denying the two were friends and allegations of discrimination or that he had propositioned her.

“Absolutely not,” the doctor told The Post.
