Researchers at Tokyo University have unveiled a study and revealed that they have succeeded in creating living skin tissue and with its help, they have created skin that can smile like a human.

Professor Shoji Tekuji, leader of the research team, has said in a press release that they can put a human-like face on human-like structures i.e. robots etc., which will also smile like a living human being.

With the help of this research and technology, robots will be made more human-like. Usually robots do not have any expressions, due to which many people get scared of them or shy away from going near them.

Research leader Teuji’s Biohybrid System Laboratory has already created a skin that can heal. With its help, a mini robot has been created in which biological muscles have been used. Apart from this, meat was prepared in 3D lab in the lab.
