On August 9, the presiding officer of the court was on leave, but till now all these people have not surrendered in the court. Rather, they were asking for an opportunity by saying that they would be present in the proceedings of the House.

In such a situation, while hearing the case today (13 August), the court showed strictness and refused to give them a chance and rejected their appeal. Also, arrest warrants were issued against all of them. That means now all the accused including Anoop Sanda, Sanjay Singh Singh will have to appear in court, otherwise after issuing the warrant, the court can take more strict action.

Since the court had given time to surrender on Friday after pronouncing the sentence in the case last week, but no one came to surrender. In such a situation, a non-bailable warrant has now been issued.
