No talk on salary, give desired package… Bangalore CEO’s hiring method goes viral

There can be many reasons for a person to do a job, but the biggest reason is salary. The most complex process in the job recruitment process of a candidate is salary negotiation. Sometimes after going through this process, the candidate gets the desired salary and sometimes it does not happen. But have you ever thought that there is a company in India that does not hold a round like salary negotiation?

A Bengaluru CEO shared on LinkedIn that he has completely removed salary negotiation from his company’s hiring process. He explained why he does not negotiate salary with candidates and why he pays the full amount they ask for.
