In a joint operation by Delhi Police and Narcotics Control Bureau, the agency has achieved a major success. The Special Cell of Delhi Police along with the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has busted an international drug syndicate.
The police have arrested a foreign woman smuggler with drugs after getting a specific information. The police have recovered 3.8 kg of a drug called mescaline from her. Its cost in the international market is around Rs 15 crore.

According to the police, mescaline is a party drug, which is widely used by youngsters in parties. According to the police, the drugs were being smuggled into India hidden in branded trophies and fish food packets.
This drug was to be sold in Delhi, the smugglers thought that the food packets would not be checked and they would easily deliver drugs worth Rs 15 crore to Delhi. A foreign woman named Rachel has been arrested in this case. She is a resident of Nigeria. Rachel and her gang members supply drugs in Delhi and nearby areas.
Police arrested Nigerian woman
According to Delhi Police, the police was aware of this syndicate for the last several months and was constantly keeping an eye on them. When the police received secret information that a woman of this syndicate was smuggling drugs on a large scale to India, the police arrested her red handed. Now Rachel is being interrogated to get information about her other associates.
