NEET Paper 2024 Leak Case: The central government has filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court regarding the NEET paper leak. In its affidavit, the central government has made it clear that it is not in favor of re-conducting the NEET exam. The Center said in the affidavit that the Government of India is bound to address the concerns of the students who have taken the NEET exam 2024.

The matter is to be heard in the Supreme Court on Thursday, July 11. It is to be noted that the students are on the offensive regarding the NEET paper leak case.

Strict laws have been made to prevent paper leak

There has been an overall increase in the marks obtained by students, particularly in the range of 550 to 720 across cities and centres. This is attributed to the reduction in the syllabus by 25 per cent.

The counseling process will start from the third week of July.

The counselling process will be conducted in four rounds starting from the third week of July. If any candidate is found to have taken advantage of any irregularity, the admission of such person will be cancelled at any stage during the counselling process or even thereafter.

Committed to building a robust examination process

In this affidavit, the Centre said that the government is committed to creating a strong examination process to conduct all competitive examinations in a fair and transparent manner.
