Kishore Biyani’s heavily debt ridden company Future Retail is going to be sold. The Mumbai branch of NCLT i.e. National Company Law Tribunal has accepted Future Retail for liquidation. Actually liquidation is a bankruptcy process which is used to close a limited company. This process is started when there is no possibility of the company standing again.
