The Nazul Property Bill has been rejected in the UP Legislative Council. The Yogi government had got it passed in the Assembly but it could not be passed in the Legislative Council. The bill has been sent to the committee for review. BJP has the highest number of members in the Legislative Council, yet the bill could not be passed.
