The troubles of former block chief Nawab Singh Yadav, who is trapped in a rape case of a minor in Kannauj, UP, have increased. Nawab’s DNA sample has matched with the rape victim. With this, the rape of a minor girl has been confirmed. This has been revealed in the forensic test report. After the confirmation of rape, the politics of the state has heated up again. BJP has started targeting the Samajwadi Party. Both the parties have been face to face since the beginning regarding this case. CM Yogi has also mentioned this in his speeches.
Let us tell you that Kannauj police will now file a chargesheet against Nawab Singh Yadav under the POCSO Act along with the rape of a minor. SP Amit Kumar Anand has given this information while talking about the confirmation of rape in the DNA report. He said that the DNA sample of the main accused Nawab Singh Yadav in the Kannauj rape case has matched. This forensic report has been received by Kannauj police, in which the rape of the minor has been confirmed. At present, further action is being taken in the case.
Let’s know the timeline of the Kannauj rape case
Let us tell you that this incident is of the night of 11th August, when Nawab Singh Yadav raped a minor girl in his college. That very night the victim called the police for help by dialling 112. 112 and Kotwali police team reached the spot, where the victim’s aunt was also present.
The police took Nawab Singh into custody from the spot. According to the police, when she entered the room, Nawab Singh was in an objectionable condition. During this time, the police also questioned the aunt. However, no one knew then that the aunt was involved in this case.
Based on the victim’s complaint, the police registered a case and got her medical examination done on August 13. After the rape was confirmed, the police registered an FIR against Nawab under sections related to molestation and rape and arrested him and sent him to jail.
The second accused in the rape case is the victim’s aunt
It is noteworthy that the second accused in the Kannauj rape case victim’s aunt Who brought the minor from Lucknow to Nawab Singh Yadav in his college. It is alleged that she was present outside the room at the time of the incident, the victim had called out to her but she did not help.

At present, the police have arrested both Nawab Singh and the victim’s aunt. However, the aunt was absconding for a long time. She also changed her statements. She misled the police.
DNA samples were taken on August 17
Following the court order, the police arrested Nawab Singh Yadav on Friday (August 17). DNA Samples Police along with a team of doctors had reached the district jail to take samples. According to the agency, Circle Officer (CO) of Kannauj Sadar Kamlesh Kumar said that during the hearing in the court on Friday, Nawab Singh Yadav agreed to give DNA samples on the judge’s order. The CO said that after Nawab Singh’s consent, the police team along with doctors went to the district jail in Anaugi to take samples. The samples were sealed and sent to the forensic lab for examination.
Bua and Nawab’s affair
During the investigation, the police found out that the rape victim’s aunt and the accused Nawab Singh knew each other for a long time. They also had physical relations. Earlier, the aunt had tried to mislead the police investigation. She said that Nawab Singh Yadav was being framed and some Brahmin leaders of SP were behind this. However, the call details and other evidence made it clear that she was lying.
Bua had called the allegations politically motivated
At first, the aunt dismissed the allegations as politically motivated. But when the victim told her mother everything and said that the aunt was also involved with Nawab Singh, the case became crystal clear. The victim said that when she was raped, the aunt was present outside but did not help. After which the aunt absconded. The victim’s mother made the aunt a co-accused on the complaint. On August 21, the police arrested the accused aunt as well, when she was trying to go to her home.

Meanwhile, the administration has seized the illegal property of a close relative of Nawab Singh Yadav. Bulldozer Action The boundary wall of Banke Bihari Cold Storage in Tirwa, which was built on 450 square meter government land, was demolished.
Meanwhile, on August 29, the news came that the brother of former block pramukh Nawab Singh Yadav, accused of rape Neelu Yadav He had lured the victim’s aunt to retract her statement. He had also sent about Rs 4 lakh to the account of a close friend of the aunt. Regarding this case, SP Amit Kumar Anand said that Nawab Singh’s brother is being searched for, a reward of Rs 25,000 has been announced on him.
