Nag Panchami 2024: The festival of worshipping snakes is celebrated on the fifth day of Shravan Shukla Paksha. It is said that this day is the time to worship snakes, the ornaments of Lord Shiva. By worshipping snakes or serpents on this day, spiritual power, siddhis and wealth can be attained. If the position of Rahu and Ketu in the horoscope is not good, then special worship on this day can be beneficial. This year the festival of Nag Panchami is being celebrated on 9th August i.e. today.
According to astrologer Kamal NandlalOn the day of Nag Panchami, one can also get rid of Kalsarp Dosh and financial crisis. Kalsarp Dosh is one of the most dangerous doshas described in astrology. The other name of Kalsarp Dosh is Paash Dosh. This dosha is formed in this birth according to the deeds of the previous birth of the person and the nature of his death. This dosha is formed mainly due to Rahu, because Rahu is related to snake. According to the definition of astrology, when Rahu or Ketu is in the first place with Moon or Venus in the horoscope of a person, then Nag Dosha is formed in that person’s horoscope. So let us know what remedies should be done on the day of Nag Panchami.

1. First solution
If Kalsarp Dosh is present in the horoscope of any person, then on the day of Nag Panchami, take a pair of silver snakes, worship them and flow them in a flowing river. By doing this, the effect of Kalsarp Dosh is reduced.
2. Second solution
To get rid of Kaal Sarp Dosh, go to any Shiva temple on Nag Panchami day and serve there and also do the cleaning work in the temple on that day.
3. Third solution
In case of Kalsarp Dosh, worship Lord Shiva on the day of Nag Panchami and chant Mahamrityunjaya during that time. Also, on this day, mix black sesame seeds in Gangajal and perform the anointment of Lord Shiva.
Method of worshiping Nag Panchami (Nag Panchami Pujan Vidhi)
Take a bath early in the morning and worship Bholenath. Anoint him with Bel leaves and water. After this, worship the snakes sitting around Shiva’s neck. Offer turmeric, roli, rice and flowers to the snakes. Offer them gram, puffed rice, batasha and raw milk symbolically. Make the shape of a snake with cow dung, ochre or clay on the main door of the house and worship it. It is believed that making the shape of a snake on the main door of the house brings financial benefits, and also averts the calamities that come to the house.
