A case of fire has been reported in the Times Tower building in the Lower Parel area of Mumbai, the capital of Maharashtra. This building is seven storeys high. After the news of the fire at around 6.30 am, 8 fire brigade teams have reached the spot. Efforts are on to extinguish the fire. According to the agency, a municipal corporation official said that a massive fire broke out in a seven-storey commercial building. A fire broke out in the Times Tower building in the Kamala Mill complex in the Lower Parel area at around 6.30 am.
The fire department has declared it a level 2 (major) fire and has rushed eight fire engines and other fire fighting vehicles to the spot, the official said. He said there have been no reports of any casualties so far.
When a fire broke out in Byculla’s building
Recently in June, a terrible fire broke out in a 57-storey residential building (Mumbai 57 storey building) in Byculla area of South Mumbai at midnight. This incident created panic in the entire area. The police and fire brigade were informed about the incident immediately. After receiving the information, the team reached the spot and extinguished the fire after a lot of hard work.
