MP: ‘Punishment’ for creating ruckus in police station, Shahzad Ali’s house razed, 2 Safari cars kept inside the house smashed

Major action has been taken against the miscreants in Chhatarpur Kotwali police station of Madhya Pradesh. After the instructions of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the police-administration razed the luxurious bungalows, houses and expensive cars of the miscreants. A huge police force and administration team were present on this occasion. First of all, bulldozer action was taken on the house of Haji Shahzad Ali in Mastan Sahab Colony of the city. Watch Video:-

A case has been registered against 150 people involved in stone pelting and rioting. 50 people are named in the FIR and 100 others are included. This action has been taken against people identified on the basis of videography.

In fact, members of the Muslim community in Chhatarpur protested against Ramgiri Maharaj at around 4 pm on Wednesday. During this, some vehicles were damaged in stone pelting and rioting. Ramgiri Maharaj had allegedly made objectionable remarks targeting Prophet Mohammad and Islam.

Chhatarpur DIG Lalit Shakyawar said that about 300-400 people led by religious leaders Syed Haji Ali and Syed Javed Ali had come to the police station to submit a memorandum. They were demanding to register a case against Ramgiri Maharaj, against whom several FIRs are already registered in Maharashtra for allegedly making objectionable remarks against Prophet Mohammad.

DIG Shakyawar said that the crowd suddenly turned aggressive and started pelting stones, which continued for about ten minutes, after which the police had to fire tear gas shells to disperse the protesters.

DIG said that due to stone pelting, Kotwali police station in-charge Anil Kujur has suffered serious injuries on his hand and head. He is undergoing treatment. Constable Bhupendra Prajapati has also been injured.

Shakyawar said that police teams are patrolling and with the help of CCTV footage and video clippings, people involved in stone pelting are being identified. He said that action will be taken against the rioters as per law as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, Javed Ali of Anjuman Islamia Committee said that he and his colleagues had gone to the police station to submit a memorandum, when some people started pelting stones from outside.

Regarding this incident, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav wrote on ‘X’, ”Today, an unfortunate incident took place in Chhatarpur district in which on receiving information about some policemen being injured, I immediately got information about the incident from the higher officials and gave instructions for proper treatment of the soldiers. Madhya Pradesh is a ‘state of peace’, anyone taking the law in their hands in a planned manner will not be tolerated at all. I have given clear instructions to the senior police officials to identify the culprits soon and take strict action, so that such an incident does not recur in the future. Our priority is to maintain peace and harmony in the state.”

Let us tell you that recently during a religious event in Shah Panchale village of Sinnar taluka in Nashik district of Maharashtra, Ramgiri Maharaj had made an alleged objectionable comment, the video of which went viral on social media. Several cases have been registered in Maharashtra against religious guru Ramgiri Maharaj for allegedly making objectionable comments about Prophet Mohammad and Islam. At the same time, Ramgiri Maharaj has said that he had made this statement in protest against the atrocities being committed on Hindus in Bangladesh.
