Monsoon Skincare: Your face will remain glowing even in the rainy season, follow these special tips

We find the rainy season very pleasant. It gives us relief from the scorching heat. But along with this, it also brings many skin problems. Actually, due to the humidity in the atmosphere during the rainy season, many problems like stickiness, pimples and rashes start occurring in the skin, due to which the skin becomes dull. Therefore, it is very important to take special care of the skin during the rainy season.

To reduce skin related problems during the rainy season, experts have given some tips which you can adopt to maintain the glow of your face.

Be sure to do cleansing
During monsoon season, the face becomes sticky due to humidity. Do not forget to wash your face twice a day to remove excess oil and dirt from your face. If possible, clean your face with a good cleanser. Do not forget to wash your face before sleeping at night.

Don’t forget to apply toner
Use toner to avoid acne and pimples during the rainy season. Toner maintains the PH balance of our skin and reduces open pores.

Moisturizer is a must
Make sure to apply moisturizer during the rainy season. In this season, you should apply a moisturizer that keeps the skin hydrated without making it oily. For this, you can choose a gel-based moisturizer.

Don’t forget to apply sunscreen
Some people think that what is the need to apply sunscreen in monsoon. But whatever the weather, it is very important to apply sunscreen on the face. Sunscreen works as a protective layer. In this season, it protects the face from infections and UV rays.

Exfoliate
Exfoliating is very important during the rainy season to remove dead skin and open the pores. We should exfoliate (scrub) once or twice a week.

Keep yourself hydrated
Many people reduce their water intake during monsoon. We should avoid doing this. We sweat a lot during this season. Therefore, we should drink adequate amount of water. It keeps our skin hydrated from inside, which keeps the skin glowing.

Eat a healthy diet
A healthy diet is important not only for our health but also for good skin. For this, you can include green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits in your diet.
