Monsoon has become active again in Delhi. However, the period of humid heat is still continuing during the day in many areas of Delhi-NCR. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow alert for rain in Delhi today i.e. on 4 September. At the same time, there is a possibility of rain in Noida-Ghaziabad adjoining Delhi, due to which a drop in temperature can be seen. IMD estimates that there will be heavy rain in Delhi-NCR on 4 and 5 September.
Yellow alert issued in Delhi
There was light rain in many areas of the country’s capital Delhi this morning, which brought coolness in the weather and gave relief to people from the scorching sun. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of cloudy weather and light to moderate rain in Delhi today, which will bring down the temperature and give relief to people from the heat.
Heavy rain is expected in Delhi on September 4 and 5. After that, the intensity of rain may decrease from September 6. According to IMD, the maximum temperature of Delhi may remain between 34 to 36 degrees Celsius this entire week and the minimum temperature is likely to remain around 25 to 27 degrees Celsius.
Noida Weather
Light rain can be seen in Noida adjoining Delhi today. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain in Noida on 5th and 6th September. However, after that the intensity of rain will decrease and an increase in temperature can be seen. According to IMD, the maximum temperature of Noida can remain between 35 to 37 degree Celsius throughout this week and the minimum temperature is likely to remain around 26 to 27 degree Celsius.
Ghaziabad weather
There is a possibility of light rain in Ghaziabad today. The Meteorological Department has predicted light to moderate rain in Ghaziabad on 5 and 6 September. According to IMD, the maximum temperature of Ghaziabad may remain between 35 to 36 degrees Celsius this whole week and the minimum temperature is likely to remain around 26 to 27 degrees Celsius.
