Let us tell you that when the opposition targeted the Parliament House lobby for water dripping from it, a statement was issued by the Lok Sabha Secretariat. It said, ‘It is noteworthy that keeping in mind the concept of Green Parliament, glass domes have been built in many parts of the building, including the lobby, so that natural light can be used in the day-to-day work of the Parliament. During heavy rains on Wednesday, the adhesive material on the glass domes above the lobby of the building was slightly removed, causing minor water leakage in the lobby. However, the problem was detected in time and corrective measures were taken immediately. After this, no water leakage was observed. The water accumulated in front of Makar Dwar also drained out quickly.’
