A sensational incident of rape of a 12-year-old minor girl has come to light in Thane, Maharashtra. This case came to light when the victim had severe stomach pain and her family took her to the hospital. There, after examination, the doctors revealed that she was two months pregnant. After this, the victim informed her family about the crime committed against her. The police have registered a case in this matter and are searching for the accused.
According to a police officer, the victim girl and her family had come to Thane district from Nepal for livelihood. The family was living in a room at a construction site in Badlapur East. In the month of June, the family members had gone to work. At that time the girl was alone in the house. Then the accused entered her room and forcibly had physical relations with her. After this, he threatened to kill her if she told anyone about the incident.
The victim was terribly scared. She did not tell anything about the incident to her family. But on July 19, she started having severe pain in her stomach. Her family took her to the hospital. There, the examination revealed that she was pregnant. After this, the victim’s mother took her to Badalpur police station. There, on the basis of her complaint, a case was registered against the accused under the relevant sections of the IPC and POCSO Act. The accused is being searched.

Let us tell you that a similar case was reported in Thane in May. Here a 15-year-old minor girl was raped several times by two of her relatives. When the victim became pregnant, the accused forcibly fed her abortion pills so that she could have a miscarriage. The surprising thing is that the accused were father and son. The son was 20 years old. Both were blackmailing the victim and constantly making her a victim of their lust.
When the victim became pregnant, she narrated the incident to her mother. The mother was shocked. The victim’s mother took her to the Bhiwandi police station of the district. On the basis of her complaint, the police registered a case against the accused under the relevant sections of the IPC and the POCSO Act. The accused fled as soon as they got information about the police case. This incident, which brought shame to relationships, shocked everyone.
