Mihir Shah is the main accused in the Worli hit and run case.

Warli hit and run case , Mihir Shah, the prime accused in the Worli hit and run case, has been sent to 14 days judicial custody. Police arrested him on July 9 for allegedly killing a woman by running over her with his car. Mihir (24) is the son of Shiv Sena leader Rajesh Shah of Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s faction. However, when the controversy escalated, Shinde expelled Rajesh from the party. Rajesh was arrested by Worli police in the case but later got bail.
