After the death of three children in a coaching centre in Delhi, MCD and Delhi Police started action to remove illegal encroachment. After the incident, MCD officials reached the spot, but could not give satisfactory answers to the questions till date. The responsibility of drainage system and building management lies with MCD, but the officials admitted their negligence.
