A case of negligence of MCD has come to light in Delhi, in which a seven-year-old child narrowly escaped death. The child, studying in class 3 in a public school in South Delhi, fell into a manhole covered with cardboard in Block D of Defense Colony on Friday. The boy was immediately taken to AIIMS Trauma Center, where he was given first aid.
