There are reports of devastation due to heavy rains and cloudburst in the hilly states of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Many people of a power plant project located in Rampur area of Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh are missing after the cloudburst, while one body has been recovered after the cloudburst in Mandi district while many others are missing. At the same time, about 44 people are reported missing due to cloudburst in Mandi district while 9 people have died.
