During the hearing, Sisodia’s lawyer Vivek Jain argued in the court that the CBI is misleading the court. CBI’s lawyer DP Singh responded to this. He said that new evidence has emerged after June and he will give information about this to the Supreme Court. Earlier, the ED had presented the three accused of the Delhi liquor scam in the Rouse Avenue Court. Here the ED had requested to extend the custody period. After hearing the arguments of the ED, the court extended the judicial custody of CM Kejriwal till July 12 and Manish Sisodia and K. Kavita’s judicial custody till July 15.

Let us tell you, along with this, the Rouse Avenue Court directed the ED to provide copies of the chargesheet and documents to the accused persons within two days.
