A sensational incident of sexual abuse of a two-year-old innocent girl has come to light in Thane Kalyan, Maharashtra. The accused first kidnapped the girl living in the neighbourhood, then took her to another place and made her a victim of his lust. After committing the crime, he fled from the spot.
According to the information, this incident happened on Friday in Kalyan taluka. A police officer said that the accused took the girl to a secluded place and sexually abused her. After this, he fled from the spot. After this incident, the distressed girl told her parents about the incident.
Based on the complaint of the victim’s family, a case has been registered against the 35-year-old man under the provisions of the BNS and POCSO Act. He was arrested on Saturday on charges of sexual abuse. Further investigation is being carried out in this case along with questioning of the accused.
Let us tell you that a few days ago, a girl in Thane had accused her father of sexual harassment. In this case, the police have registered a case against a 64-year-old man. A police officer said that the 18-year-old girl has accused her own father in her complaint.
According to her, on July 5, when there was no one in her house, her father forced her to have physical relations. When she refused, the accused father touched her inappropriately and beat her. After this, this happened to the victim several times.
The victim approached the police and lodged a complaint against her father. After this, the police registered a case against the accused father under sections 74, 75(2) (sexual harassment) and 115(2) (intentional injury) of the Indian Penal Code. The police is currently investigating this matter.
