Anantnag Accident News: A major road accident has taken place in Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir. A car went out of control and fell into a ditch in Daksum area on Saturday. It is being said that eight people died in this accident, including five children. Police said that a Sumo car was coming from Kishtwar and went out of control in Daksum and rolled down the road into the ditch. The dead include 5 children, two women and a man.
According to police officials, a police team has been sent to the spot after the incident. Officials have registered a case and started investigation. The bodies of the deceased in the road accident have been taken into custody and sent for post-mortem. Officials said that the cause of the accident is being ascertained.
