Sensation spread in Sonipat when an employee posted as a lineman in the electricity department committed suicide by jumping in front of a passenger train. The deceased Ajit Rathi was a resident of Sonipat. The police have also found a suicide note from him.
The deceased has also left a suicide note addressed to the PM of the country and the Chief Minister of Haryana. In this, he has accused his SDO Vicky Gehlawat of mentally harassing him. This is the reason why he took this dreadful step. Sonipat Police has now started investigating the case seriously.
Ajit was working as a lineman in the electricity department. He ended his life by jumping in front of a train passing through Sonipat on Tuesday. He wrote in the suicide note that Vicky Gehlawat had been mentally harassing him for a long time. That is why he is taking his life.
As soon as the information about the incident was received, the Sonipat GRP police station reached the spot and took the body in its custody and sent it to the civil hospital for postmortem and the family members were informed about it. GRP station in-charge Mahavir Singh said that a young man has committed suicide by jumping in front of a passenger train passing through Sonipat. The young man was identified as Ajit Rathi.
