‘Kuldeep can’t even kill a scorpion…’, Bareilly serial killer’s stepmother said, father said- all allegations are false

Everyone is shocked by the exploits of the serial killer who has been arrested in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. He would propose to women above 45 years of age when they were alone and if they refused, he would strangle them to death. Psycho killer Kuldeep himself has admitted to the police that he killed 6 women. A story also came to light that he started killing women only after his step mother behaved badly with him. Now the statement of the same step mother has come to light.

While talking to Aaj Tak’s associate UP Tak, Kuldeep Kumar’s step mother Nathu Devi called all the allegations against Kuldeep false. She said, “Kuldeep cannot even kill a scorpion because he is insane since birth. How can he do this? There was never any dispute in the family. He never had any fight with anyone. He never did anything wrong with any woman in the village. There was never any rift between mother and son in the house. The story that the police is telling is all false. Kuldeep never got angry.”

What did the serial killer’s father say?

On the allegations against his son, Kuldeep’s father Babulal said, “Kuldeep was frustrated because of his stepmother. All this is wrong. He is insane since birth. He is completely innocent. False allegations are being leveled against him. The police are implicating his son to save themselves. His first wife lived in Nawabganj and never returned to her in-laws’ house. After which he married a second time. Kuldeep never had any fight with his second mother. There was never any discord in the house. Kuldeep used to behave well with his mother and used to eat food sitting with his mother. Our demand is that we should get justice, we should get justice from the Chief Minister and this should be investigated.”

Police had arrested Kuldeep Kumar Gangwar in connection with the murders of women in Sheeshgarh and Shahi police station areas of Bareilly. He is a resident of Bakarganj village in Nawabganj police station area. During interrogation, accused Kuldeep told that he has two sisters, while his mother has died. He told that his father Baburam had married another woman while his mother was alive. After that, he often used to beat his first wife at the behest of the second wife. This was the reason due to which the accused had a feeling of hatred towards his step mother and due to this he started making women of that age his victims.

He would propose to a lonely woman, strangle her if she rejected him and then tie her in a knot with a sari… How did Bareilly’s serial killer become so dangerous?

The accused got married in 2014

The accused told the police that he was married in the year 2014. He did not behave normally with his wife either. And when his wife opposed this, he did not spare her either. He used to beat her too. Troubled by his violent nature, his wife also left him a few years ago and never returned. Due to all these reasons, Kuldeep Gangwar became frustrated and started consuming cannabis, sulpha, alcohol etc. and left his home in Bakarganj and started wandering from village to village in the nearby forests.

Women above 45 years of age were targeted, murdered if they refused to have sex, then they would take away their ‘target’… The horrifying story of Bareilly’s serial killer

He used to murder women in sugarcane fields

The accused killed the women in the sugarcane field. When the police asked the reason for this, he said that the sugarcane field provides cover. The accused also said that if someone passes by even after going 10-5 meters inside the sugarcane field, the person lying inside will not be detected. That is why he always committed the crime in the sugarcane field.
