Kid’s Lunch Box Recipes: These pancakes are a hit in taste and superhit in nutrition, children will love them a lot

It is very difficult to prepare food of children’s choice. Actually, children often like to eat junk food, but giving them such dishes in lunch every day can play with their health. In such a situation, mothers of children keep experimenting with their lunch box dishes. They try their best to ensure that their children like the dish and their lunch box returns empty. If you also try the same, then we have brought some recipes of delicious and nutritious pancakes for you, which every child likes.

Rava Vegetable Pancake

Material:

Process:

1. In a bowl, mix semolina, curd and water to make a paste. After this, when the paste is neither too thick nor too thin, add carrots, peas, onion, capsicum, green chillies, sugar, crushed black pepper, red chilli powder and salt to it. Mix well and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

2. Heat a non-stick pan, pour the prepared batter on it with a ladle and spread it lightly to make a pancake. Drizzle some oil on the edges and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

3. Your delicious and nutritious Rava pancake is ready. Serve it with green chutney.

Banana Pancake Banana pancake is full of taste.

Material:

Process:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl along with 1 cup water and whisk to mix well.

2. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with ¼ tsp butter. Pour ¼ cup batter into it and spread it to make a slightly thick pancake.

3. Cook the pancake on medium flame using ¼ tsp butter. Cook it till it turns golden on both sides.

4. In the same way, you can make as many pancakes as you want.

5. Serve your tasty pancakes with fruits and chocolate sauce and pack them in the children’s lunch boxes.

Ragi Pancakes Ragi pancakes will give you taste as well as nutrition.

Material:

Process:

1. Sift ragi flour, maida, baking powder in a bowl. Then add salt, caster sugar and eggs. Add vanilla essence, milk, melted butter and whisk to mix well.

2. Heat a non-stick pan, apply some butter on it and pour the prepared batter, spread it and cook on medium flame till the base is cooked.

3. Flip and cook the other side in the same way. Place the pancake on a serving plate.

4. Sprinkle icing sugar on top, garnish with strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle maple syrup and serve.
