Kendrick Lamar to headline the 2025 Super Bowl halftime show

Lamar last performed on the Super Bowl stage in 2022, as part of the event’s premiere Performance for hip-hop musicWest Coast Superstar Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, as well as Eminem, 50 Cent and Mary J. Led by Blige.

“Kendrick Lamar is truly an artist and performer of a generation,” Roc Nation founder Jay-Z said in a statement. “His deep love for hip-hop and culture informs his artistic vision. He has an unparalleled ability to define and influence culture on a global scale. Kendrick’s work transcends music and his impact will be felt for years to come.”
